The intervention is aimed at resising the existing building to a new one with the adition of a body (five levels) and a crown (two level duplex).

The results allow for multiple architecture added features, both in the typology change from the party center into new adopted function as residences and apartments (ground, middle and upper level

typologies), aswell as the natural creation or leisure spaces wit ine insertion of an inner courtyard at the ground level and several common areas within the levels themself. The light permeates the buiding through the main inner courtyard opening and through the cutouts per level (open skylights), allowing for vegetation and greenery to be an essential feature in this urban inner plaza.
