The house consists of three floors where according to the client’s wish, independent studio apartments have been designed.  The challenge in the project was how to create a compact studio of  25sq.mt of area.

Extra space was created by building extensions. The program of those three studios consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping room.

The skin of the building has been made of brick with a wooden-frame construction underneath. The black frame of the windows is made up of aluminum.
