This terraced house consist of three floors. The wish of the client was to add an extra floor on the top of the house. The challenge in the project was to stand out from to the surrounding buildings and be unique.
Extra space was created by building extensions. The program of this forth floor consist a big bedroom with a lot daylighting and view, a storage and a terras on the back site of the house.
The skin of the extantion has been made of zinc with a wood-frame construction underneath. The frame of the windows are made of aluminum.
